You have experience in the sale of application solutions to executives, directors, engineers and technicians of large companies. You preach by example and you understand how to help your team to exceed its objectives with a consultative sales process in a fast-changing market. You excel at coaching, motivating, developing and holding accountable members of your team. You master the accompaniment of new employees to the achievement of their full performance.
Your mastery of the 2.0 sales tools has no equal and allows the achievement of results in the execution of a complex sales process with a long sales cycle. You understand the importance of follow-up with regard to the activities of the people under your governance. You are fluent in French and English, which allows you to communicate with customers outside Quebec. Experience in the IT field and in managing a sales team is mandatory. Depending on the needs, you are ready to travel to Canada and the United States. You must have earned at least $80,000 and demonstrate the commitment to reach higher earnings.
