Louis Fournier – President, Co-Founder

Louis Fournier is an accomplished Solution Architect. With over 15 years experience in the IT field, he has a strong expertise of enterprise portals, e-commerce, business processes integration, content management and mobile development.

His undeniable talent and leadership led him to start his own consulting company next to his former co-worker from Accenture, Vincent Trépanier. Offering solutions based on Microsoft technologies, Mr. Fournier is mainly in charge of managing a medium sized Quebec company which thanks to Mr. Trépanier and himself is now entering the American market. Since its creation in 2006, Orckestra keeps expanding and ranked twice on the PROFIT HOT 50, an annual ranking of Canada’s most emerging companies.

His previous work experience is reflected among the most recognized companies in the IT sector. Mr. Fournier held the positions of Principal Consultant and .Net Practice Lead at CGI Group, Senior Solution Developer at Avanade Canada Inc, and Solution Architect at Nurun and Ergonet.

Vincent Trépanier – Executive Vice-President, Co-Founder

Vincent Trépanier has more than ten years experience in the development and architecture of applications, and technical infrastructure. He co-founded Orckestra with his former Accenture colleague, Louis Fournier which is now Orckestra’s President.

As a McGill graduate in Engineering, he first started his career in the information technology and web sector as a Consultant and an independent Developer. He worked for multiple industries including transportation, media and retail.

Later on, he joined CGI, then Accenture. His participation on major projects involving clients such as Enbridge Gas, Caisse de dépôt and Placement and PSP Investments has allowed him to gain a deeper knowledge and expertise on the conception and the implementation of technological solutions.

Within the company, Mr. Trépanier is mainly responsible for managing sales and marketing efforts of a growing medium-sized Quebec company, developing business opportunities, and supervising Orckestra’s daily activities.

Louis-Philippe Lalonde – Vice-President, Business Solutions, Partner

Mr. Lalonde is a solution Architect with a strong knowledge of solution development based on Microsoft technologies. He first started in this business twelve years ago using ASP and Visual Basic and worked with ASP.NET and C# as soon as the first public version of Visual Studio .NET was available. Previously to his arrival at Orckestra, Mr. Lalonde worked on major projects including Enbridge Gas in Toronto, Archambault.ca, L'Oreal Paris, and Bombardier products and recreational.

His expertise in architecture, implementation and advanced research technologies represent a significant advantage, particularly when the projects are based on technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Microsoft Commerce Server, Microsoft BizTalk Microsoft FAST Search and Endeca IAP.

At Orckestra, he first started as a team manager and mentor on projects for companies such as Future Electronics and Air Transat. As one of Orckestra's associates, Mr. Lalonde is in charge of the architecture group and for implementing business solutions. He also takes on the role of consultant when helping clients customized their business solutions and supports the sales department.

Stéphane Perron – Vice-President, Operations, Partner

Mr. Perron is an IT Consultant since 1997. He has mainly been focusing in the implementation and development of web solutions based on the Microsoft technology stack and products.

He has participated in major projects in many different industries including banking, health, retail, fashion, pharmaceutical and entertainment. The diversity and complexity of some projects has allowed him to developed a good critical mind and build a structured work methodology.

As the Consulting Services VP, Stéphane Perron is in charge of the development team and ensures that Orckestra has adequate resources to meet service offerings. He also oversees technology practices, maintains relationships with the company’s partners and ensures monitoring of the training plan for employees.
