RESPONSIBILITIES
o Technical lead for the strategic solutions’ development
o Responsible for the development and the execution of presale activities with the sales team (presentation, prototyping, proof of concept, technical presentation)
o Participate, with the delivery team, in the best practices’ set-up, in particular coming up with solutions that are in relation with the main business and technical expertise.
o With the sales team, in charge of the opportunities development regarding the planning, the estimation, the hypothesis and the resource planning
• University diploma in IT, software engineering or similar field
• At least 8 years of experience in IT
• Experience in consulting services in presale
• Experience in digital strategies on ecommerce platforms, portals and search
• Experience in assessment and planning on a presale level, including the estimates, delivery plan, resource planning, risks and assumption based on the project’s documentation and the identified dependencies
• Good knowledge in ecommerce and the market tendencies
• Good knowledge of the KPI and their impacts on projects
• Business-like approach and sense of innovation
• Excellent communication skills and sense of persuasion
• Leadership and able to mobilize a multidisciplinary team in pursuit of a common goal
• Bilingual (spoken and written)
Assets
• Knowledge of the digital channels (web, mobile, social media, etc.)
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Endeca, FAST Search, BizTalk Server, SQL Server, EPIServer
• Good knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, Omniture, etc.
