Reporting to the Director of Business Solutions, the Project Manager handles the entire project management cycle of implementation projects for international clients, in the fields of Enterprise Information Management, E-Commerce, and Web Content Management. The Project Manager’s mission is to deliver mid to large size projects of a complex nature while respecting budgets, deadlines and high quality standards to the satisfaction of clients.
Responsabilities:
· Act as the client’s single point of contact, manage communications and expectations, and negociate certain project-related aspects
· Ensure the delivery of the projects within the planned budget and schedule
· Ensure proper communication of project health, through status reports, status meetings and steering committee meetings
· Write project plans and project charters, and resolve any deviations from these documents and contracts
· Ensure the delivery of the projects according to the specifications and requirements understood with the client
· Manage the requests for modification, corrections and unresolved items
· Analyze, decrease and ensure the follow-up on the risks and issues related to the project
· Report to the project management office regarding the evolution of the assignment
· Ensure the project deliverables’ quality
· Coordinate the client process for approval for each project delivery
· Plan and ensure, with the help of the development team, the follow-up of the work elements for each iteration in an Agile method
· Organize and plan team meetings
· Ensure a meticulous implementation of the quality standards and the configuration management process of the company
Requirements:
· At least 8 years’ experience in information technology, including 5 years as a project manager for medium and large size projects for international clients
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related area
· PMP Certification and/or MPM or MBA diploma
· Knowledge of the Agile methodologies and ScrumMaster certification
· Knowledge of .Net environment and Visual Studio Team System (Team Foundation Server)
· Knowledge of the Microsoft business applications
· Oriented toward results and customer satisfaction

· Able to manage and prioritize 2-3 substantial projects simultaneously
