Senior Consultant, SharePoint

Orckestra is looking for a Senior Consultant. As someone with a lot of leadership and experience with SharePoint, the Senior Consultant will act as a technical team lead for his/her team. The Senior Consultant participates in the technological directions of the solutions developed for the clients. He/She will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and with many Microsoft products. He/She will have to interact regularly with the clients.

• Participates in the technological choices and decisions for the solutions developed by Orckestra
• Based on his/her Microsoft knowledge, supports and coaches his/her team members for certain projects
• Helps during the complex technological situations and acts as technical lead for his/her team
• Understands the different solutions installed during the projects
• Corrects the existing features and manages the change requests for new features
• Ensures the quality of the new features deployed for the clients
• Develops and maintains unit and load tests

Essential

• At least 5 years experience in IT
• At least 3 years experience in SharePoint development on major projects
• Good knowledge of the .NET platform (Framework 2.0 and 3.5)
• Good understanding of C#

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007-2010 platform and/or Windows SharePoint 3.0
