Alain serves as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Orckestra. He leads Orckestra’s overall sales strategy and client relations to drive growth and expand our customer base in our main geographies, North America and Europe.
Alain has a proven track record in building successful sales organizations. He has demonstrated success driving revenue and profitability, building market share, opening new market initiatives, delivering results in complex team-based selling environments, and building high-performing sales teams that are consultative and customer-focused.
His latest role was as Vice President of Sales, Americas at eBay Enterprise, a global omnichannel commerce provider where he led a team of sales executives focused on selling order management, store fulfillment, dropship, payments, fraud protection and risk management solutions, as well as fulfillment, freight and customer care services. Alain was instrumental in driving tier-one sales that resulted in record sales performance in North America. Prior to joining eBay Enterprise, he held various executive and sales leadership positions at Tompkins International, Aldata Solution (acquired by Symphony Technology Group), Sterling Commerce (acquired by IBM), and Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ:MANH). During his tenure at Tompkins, Alain was consulting with many large retailers on operating model design and software solutions for omnichannel retailing.
He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Indiana University.
