Gary has a dual role with Orckestra, as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible to establish an industry-leading Sales & Marketing Strategy for Orckestra’s global business, as well as Managing Director, U.S., heading up sales, marketing, finance, customer segmentation & corporate strategy.
Gary is a seasoned public-company executive with 20+ years of experience running B2B and B2C businesses across the retail industry. Prior to joining Orckestra, he was a senior executive with Hewlett Packard, as GM of HP.com, Executive Director of U.S. Consumer Sales & Marketing, and Enterprise Services Sr. Retail Strategy Advisor. In 2014, Gary defined & deployed HP’s omni-channel strategy for the U.S. market ($12B annual revenue) as their Director of eCommerce.
Prior to joining Hewlett-Packard, Gary was Head of Sales / Channel Strategy / Product Marketing for PCM, a leading value-add direct marketer of technology in both the consumer and business segments, and eCOST.com, a successful multi-channel online retailer of computers, electronics, home goods & entertainment. After leading the eCOST IPO in August 2004 as President & CMO, Gary led the public company sale of eCOST to PFS Web, an industry- leading global provider of business process outsourcing and eCommerce solutions. At PFS Web, Gary served as SVP and President of the Retail & Client Services organization serving high profile clients such as Proctor & Gamble, Starbucks, Lego, HP and Liz Claiborne.
Gary has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of California – Irvine. He also holds an MBA in Marketing Management from California State University – Long Beach.
