1. Links to third-party websites

Orckestra’s website may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the Orckestra website. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to provide to or that is collected by these third parties is not covered by the Orckestra Privacy Statement. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of all companies before submitting your personal information.

2. Collection of personal information

To serve you better and to understand your needs and interests, Orckestra collects, exports, and uses personal information with adequate notice and consent. The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include contact information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address as well as product and service preferences and contact preferences.

If you choose to use the tell-a-friend program on our site, we will ask you for your friend’s e-mail address and automatically send your friend a one-time e-mail inviting your friend to visit the site. Orckestra uses and stores this information only for the purposes of sending this one-time e-mail and to provide tell-a-friend message blocking, where available.

In addition to the information you provide, Orckestra may also collect information during your visit to our website through information-gathering tools and cookies to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. These tools collect certain standard information that your browser sends to our website such as your browser type and language, access times, and the address of the website from which you arrived at an Orckestra website. They may also collect information about your Internet Protocol (IP) address, clickstream behavior (i.e. the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take in connection with Orckestra’s website) and product information.

When you visit our site, we may use both session and persistent cookies. A "session cookie" expires immediately when you end your session (i.e., close your browser). A "persistent cookie" stores information on the hard drive so when you end your session and return to our site at a later date, the cookie information is still available. This Orckestra-placed cookie may contain information (such as a unique user ID) that is used to track your usage of our site, and may be used to send you ads or offers when you browse our site or other websites. Orckestra employs cookies to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people, and also in order for our server to recognize a return visitor as a unique user. The cookies placed by the Orckestra server are readable only by Orckestra, and cookies cannot access, read or modify any other data on a computer.

We are working in collaboration with third-party service providers, including Google, who also use tracking tools in order to systematically collect anonymous data about the parameters of your visits to our Sites or other websites. Once again, such information is used to target advertisements and content that may be of interest to you, and also to provide statistical insight through features such as Google Analytics.

In some instances, tracking tools used by third-party service providers may be disabled. For example, Google allows you to deactivate cookies designed to target ads by accessing the Opt-Out page of its main website. Google Analytics may also be deactivated, once you download the browser add-on available for that purpose. You may also decline the use of cookies by other third-party vendors by logging on to the Network Advertising Initiative consumer deactivation page.

Orckestra also collects information from commercially available sources that it deems credible. Such information may include your name, address, email address and demographic data. The information Orckestra collects from its commercial sources may be used along with the information Orckestra collects when you visit our website.
