Our enhanced reservation system prevents overbooking by tentatively holding slots during order creation and editing.   • Smarter Order Filtering with Custom Attributes: Empower your customer service and fulfillment teams to find and prioritize orders faster than ever. A new visual indicator in the MSF app flags priority orders—like “Same-Day Delivery” or “Express Pickup”—ensuring your team picks them first.   • Improved Clarity for Multi-Package Shipments: Reduce customer confusion and support calls. For orders that require multiple boxes, OCC 5.10 now generates a separate, itemized packing slip for each package. Your customers will know exactly what to expect in each box, creating a clearer and more professional unboxing experience.
  • Simplified Returns and Fraud Reduction: Packing slips and customer emails can now include the original payment method. This small addition provides immense value by simplifying the in-store returns process for your associates and customers, while also helping to deter fraudulent reimbursement claims.
